HealthConnect is a program of Great Rivers United Way made possible by Gundersen Health System and Quartz.
Great Rivers United Way is helping local families and individuals afford health insurance through its HealthConnect premium assistance program.
If you use the Health Insurance Marketplace and have trouble affording your premiums, this program may help.
HealthConnect pays the balance of your monthly health insurance premium not covered by the Premium Tax Credit available through the Marketplace.

- Live in La Crosse County or Monroe County in Wisconsin
- US citizen or legal resident
